🌿 Aaron’s Rod — Life in His Presence
Today we see something different. Aaron’s rod was cut wood — no life in the plant. Yet when it was brought into God’s presence, it budded. In His presence there is life. Any situation can look dead; God can make the bud come forth.
- You may feel it is already cut — not possible to change anything
- God says: it is not the end
- Simply coming into His presence blesses you — even the environment turns to good
Our God is a good God. He will definitely do good for us. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father — the Bible never says bad things come from the Father. From heaven, only good comes; bad comes from the devil. Jesus wants to bless you — today, God is going to bless you. 🙌

When we focus on how much He loves us (not our love for Him), three benefits flow:
- Hope does not disappoint — Christian hope is 100% confident expectation of good, not worldly wishing
- Exceedingly, abundantly, above and beyond — more than we ask or think
- Intimacy with God — John leaned on Jesus’ bosom; closeness comes from receiving His love
Finally: we do not want to be worldly by focusing on our love for Him — we focus on His love for us. That recap sets up today’s theme.
🌊 God of Fullness — Sōzō
Ephesians 2:8-9 (NKJV)
“8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not by works, so that no one may boast.”
Sōzō in Greek is not one benefit — it is the whole package: healing, protection, help, prosperity, growth. Jesus came to give the whole thing.
“For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.” — Romans 5:19 (NKJV)
In Psalm 103 He took all our sins so we become the righteousness of God in Christ — and He took all our sickness, pain, and sorrow. If He took all sickness at the cross, how much sickness should you carry? Zero. By His stripes we are healed.

💬 Tell the person next to you: “God is a God of fullness.” A heavenly Father wants your child to lack nothing — He wants the full blessing, not one part only: righteousness first, then healing and health, then prosperity.
We have focused on righteousness and health for a long time (seek first the kingdom and His righteousness). Today we focus on being prosperous — only when you listen to the word does faith come; faith makes you prosperous. Hear the word in every area and every area will be blessed.
💯 Hundredfold Now — Not Only in Heaven
Many Christians believe we struggle on earth and only get blessed in heaven — pain, sorrow, sickness, debt here; everything there. Jesus says otherwise:
Mark 10:30 (NKJV)
“But he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.”
If you give anything up for His sake, He gives not tomorrow — in this time. Hundredfold now and in the world to come. Now and forevermore the Lord blesses us.

John 10:9 (NKJV)
“I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.”
Jesus became poor at the cross so you become rich in this world — not only in heaven, where you are already rich. He came to earth to make you rich here.
If you do not believe God wants to bless you in the world, He cannot bless you — your faith limits the blessing. God gave you free will; He will not bless against your will. Renew your mind; believe what Jesus says: blessing now and in the world to come.
❓ Two Questions We Will Answer at the End
Before the four reasons, two verses often clash with expecting more:
- Is money the root of all evil? — keep your answer; we return to it at the end
- Should we be content? — is that written to you or someone else in context?
Imagine earning £1,000 and saying “this is enough for God” — indirectly that can be selfish. You could ask for £2,000 and give £1,000 to the church, or ask for a million and give the rest. Context matters. If you do not expect more, God cannot bless you — your own will and faith stop the flow. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
4️⃣ Why Expect Hundredfold Blessing Now?
Four biblical reasons we should expect a prosperous, financially healthy life in this world — four things we are going to see:
- ✝️ Jesus became poor so we might become rich
- 🎁 Blessed to be a blessing
- 💬 Money answers everything
- 👀 It shows the Lord is with you
1️⃣ Jesus Became Poor So We Might Become Rich
2 Corinthians 8:9 (NKJV)
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.”
Imagine a father who worked hard for decades so his son would lack nothing. When the father brings every blessing, the son says: “I don’t want what you did — I’ll earn my own way.” That looks humble but dishonours the father. True humility is receiving what he paid for and enjoying it.
Our heavenly Father took our sins, our pain, and was born poor — became poor at the cross with nothing — so you and I might become rich. Saying “I don’t want to be rich” indirectly rejects what Jesus paid for.
He could have come in gold, crown, and horse straight to the cross — but He came poor to make you rich. The greatest honour: receive what He paid at the cross. Say: “Bring it on, Lord — give me whatever You paid for me.”
2️⃣ Blessed to Be a Blessing
Genesis 12:2–3 (NKJV)
“2 I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Genesis 13:2 (NKJV)
“Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold.”
Genesis 13:6 (NKJV)
“Now the land was not able to support them, that they might dwell together, for their possessions were so great that they could not dwell together.”
Only when you are blessed can you bless others. With £0 in the account you cannot give £1,000. Jesus said: if someone asks for your coat, give it — and more. God’s blessing is overflowing: Canaan is flowing with milk and honey (not merely “has” milk and honey). Peter’s net broke; blessings are pressed down, shaken together, running over. When Jesus fed the 5,000, leftovers remained — if you have never seen “leftover” blessing, you have not yet seen His fullness.

“12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. 13 The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; 14 for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him.”

“Thus the man became exceedingly prosperous, and had large flocks, female and male servants, and camels and donkeys.”
Job 42:12 (NKJV)
“Now the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and one thousand female donkeys.”
Scripture is full of extraordinary wealth used for good — Abraham (the land could not support his possessions), Isaac (100-fold), Jacob (exceedingly prosperous), Job (14,000 sheep, 6,000 camels…), Joseph, David, Solomon. Even by today’s standards, patriarchs like Abraham and Solomon had wealth beyond the richest on earth — the Bible is a book of trillionaires and billionaires whose resources served God’s purposes.
The devil’s easy plan: tell God’s people to stay poor and expect nothing — because when money is in good people’s hands, it funds good works. God told Abraham: I will bless you so that you can bless others.
3️⃣ Money Answers Everything
Ecclesiastes 10:19 (NKJV)
“A feast is made for laughter, And wine makes merry; But money answers everything.”
Much earthly trouble is money-related. With £1 million in the account your decisions change — you are less controlled by people and circumstances. The Holy Spirit leads you in all truth — He does not “answer everything”; Scripture says money answers everything in practical provision. Clarity, not greed.
4️⃣ It Shows the Lord Is with You
Genesis 26:28 (NKJV)
“But they said, “We have certainly seen that the Lord is with you. So we said, ‘Let there now be an oath between us, between you and us; and let us make a covenant with you,”
Genesis 39:3 (NKJV)
“And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand.”
Genesis 45:26–28 (NKJV)
“26 And they told him, saying, “Joseph is still alive, and he is governor over all the land of Egypt.” And Jacob’s heart stood still, because he did not believe them. 27 But when they told him all the words which Joseph had said to them, and when he saw the carts which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived. 28 Then Israel said, “It is enough. Joseph my son is still alive. I will go and see him before I die.””
Psalm 67:1–2 (NKJV)
“1 God be merciful to us and bless us, And cause His face to shine upon us, Selah 2 That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations.”
When Joseph prospered, people saw God with him. When Isaac sowed, whatever he did prospered — even the Philistines, a whole nation, envied one man and said: the Lord is with you. People with physical eyes often cannot see spiritual reality until they see visible fruit. Prosperity is one witness that God is with you.
🙏 How Do We Receive This Blessing?
Believe God will bless you — and there is a biblical way to receive hundredfold now: giving, tithing, offering, faith, honour — all converge in one practice. Eight blessings flow from offering.
💰 Tithing — Windows of Heaven
Malachi 3:10 (NKJV)
“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.”
There are horizontal blessings (same level) and blessings that open the windows of heaven — unexpected overflow. Bring tithes to the storehouse (one definite place) where you receive spiritual food; serve there regularly, not scattered everywhere.
מַעֲשֵׂר (maʿăśēr) — tithe, tenth part
עָשַׁר (ʿāšar) — to be or become rich
Remove the tenth letter from maʿăśēr and you get ʿāšar — rich is in the tithe. The word is God-breathed in Hebrew and Greek; original language unlocks depth.

“9 Honor the Lord with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase; 10 So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.”

🌾 Sow Sparingly, Reap Sparingly — Sow Bountifully

“But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.”

Give, and it shall be given — good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over. 100-fold blessing comes by giving; riches come by giving.
8️⃣ Benefits of Tithing and Offering
- To make you rich — the tithe’s blessing is to make you rich
- To show God made you rich — Abraham refused Sodom’s gift lest a man take credit
- To show faith — by faith Abel offered; sowing proves you believe the word
- To show your heart — where your treasure is, there your heart is
- To honour God — honour the Lord with your possessions (and parents with provision)
- To come out of financial trouble — widow of Zarephath sowed first, then oil multiplied
- To show Jesus is alive — mortal men receive tithes, but He receives them
- To make everything holy — money in our hand is unrighteous mammon until the firstfruit is given; then the rest is holy too

Analyse spending beyond living costs — the remainder shows whom you truly love. Jesus sat opposite the treasury (Mark 12) — near the offering — watching faith and honour.
