The Context of Sleep and Prophecy

The narrative begins with an emphasis on the prophetic significance of sleep and its role in spiritual revelations. In this setting, it is noted that flesh, not just the spirit, becomes a vessel for divine messages. The phenomenon of prophecy, dreams, and visions is not confined to a particular group but extends to all humanity. The fulfillment of these prophecies is highlighted in “X Chapter 2,” which serves as a critical reference point for deeper understanding.

Peter’s Address in X Chapter 2

The speaker, identified as Peter, addresses the crowd in “X Chapter 2,” starting from verse 14. He speaks to the people of Judah and Jerusalem, emphasizing that the current events are not due to drunkenness, as some suppose, but are a fulfillment of the prophecy by Joel. This fulfillment is anchored in Joel Chapter 2, Verse 17, which is crucial to the narrative. The emphasis here is on the spirit being poured out on all flesh, indicating an inclusive approach to spiritual experiences.

The Universality of Dreams and Visions

The narrative underscores that the realm of dreams and visions is not exclusive to Christians. This concept is exemplified through personal stories and biblical examples. The story from Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka, involving a neighbor’s wife and the speaker’s grandmother, illustrates how dreams serve as a bridge between God and people of all faiths. Additionally, biblical figures like Nebuchadnezzar, Pharaoh, and Nebuchadnezzar’s son showcase how God has historically used dreams to communicate with non-believers.

The Dynamics of Dream Interpretation

The interpretation of dreams involves understanding the mind’s role as a canvas for God’s messages. This concept is explained through examples such as travel in a boat represented by a car on water, demonstrating how familiar imagery is employed to convey unfamiliar concepts. Dreams consist of various elements like characters, numbers, and countries, with each element having significance based on its closest real-life representation.

The Skill and Gift of Dream Interpretation

In the Old Testament, interpreting dreams is depicted as a skill, with figures like Joseph and Daniel exemplifying this ability. In contrast, the New Testament presents dream interpretation as a gift from the Holy Spirit. The connection between this gift and speaking in tongues is highlighted, indicating that the ability to interpret extends beyond dreams to other spiritual communications.

Preparing for and Documenting Dreams

A specific ritual is advised for inducing spiritual dreams, involving calming one’s consciousness, engaging with scripture, and a short period of prayer. Post-dream, the emphasis is on documenting every detail for accurate interpretation. An example is provided through a personal dream involving the theft of a suitcase and an army parade, highlighting the significance of dreams in understanding future events.

Teaching Plans and Environmental Influence on Dreams

Plans for further teaching involve a mix of instruction and practical dream interpretation, acknowledging time constraints and the inability to interpret all dreams. The influence of the environment on dream content is discussed, with Genesis 28 and Jacob’s dream at Bethel serving as a scriptural reference. This principle suggests that the place where one sleeps can significantly impact the nature of their dreams, as exemplified in varying dream experiences in different locations like hotels and flights.

  1. Discussion Initiation: Light reminder to avoid bad dreams; invitation to read together.
  2. Mention of Characters: Prince of Punjab; reference to Acts, Chapter 2, Verse 17.
  3. Day 2 Welcome: Emphasis on spirit being poured out on all flesh.
  4. Dreams for All: Not just for spiritual people; includes figures like Nebuchadnezzar, Pharaoh.
  5. Prophetic Realm: Sons and daughters prophesying; young men seeing visions; old men dreaming dreams.
  6. Connection of Prophecy, Dreams, Visions: Dreams and visions as offshoots of prophecy.
  7. Importance of Dream Interpretation: Need for understanding scriptures, maturity, tongues, questions, and God’s secrets.
  8. Biblical Reference: Daniel Chapter 9, Verse 22 – Skill and understanding in interpreting dreams.
  9. Practical Demonstration: Individuals share dreams; speaker provides interpretations.
  10. Visions vs. Reality: Visions are as real as physical experiences.
  11. Guidance on Interpretation: Handling dreams involving others; transforming bad dreams into good ones.

Initiating the Discussion: Understanding Dreams The conversation begins with an emphasis on the importance of light to prevent bad dreams. Participants are encouraged to read together, setting the stage for a deeper exploration of dreams and spirituality. The mention of the Prince of Punjab introduces a cultural and historical context, leading into a biblical passage from Acts, Chapter 2, Verse 17, signaling the start of Day 2 of the discussion.

Dreams and the Prophetic Realm The focus shifts to the spiritual concept that the pouring out of the spirit is not limited to traditionally spiritual people but extends to all, including historical figures like Nebuchadnezzar and Pharaoh. The conversation delves into the prophetic realm, highlighting that sons and daughters shall prophesy, young men shall see visions, and old men shall dream dreams. This segment emphasizes the interconnectedness of prophecy, dreams, and visions, proposing that dreams and visions are extensions of prophecy.

The Art of Interpreting Dreams The significance of interpreting dreams is emphasized, with a particular focus on understanding scriptures, maturity, speaking in tongues, asking the right questions, and uncovering secrets from God. A reference to Daniel Chapter 9, Verse 22, illustrates the importance of skill and understanding in the context of dream interpretation. The discussion becomes practical as various individuals share their dreams, and the speaker provides interpretations, connecting them to real-life situations and spiritual truths.

Visions, Reality, and Practical Insights The dialogue explores the relationship between visions and reality, underscoring that visions can be as tangible and impactful as physical experiences. This part of the conversation offers practical guidance on handling dreams involving others and methods to transform negative dreams into positive outcomes. The discussion concludes with insights on the practical application of these spiritual concepts in daily life.

Time Travel Possible in Bible

Time Travel in Bible

Verses in the bible about going back in time, going forward in time, and pausing the time. I will keep on updating this page. So stay tuned.

All things are possible

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Matthew 19:26

Going back in time

I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust

Joel 2:25

Redeeming the time

Ephesians 5:16

Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time

Colossians 4:5

Albert Einstein proves the possibility of Time Travel

Einstein’s theory of special relativity says that time slows down or speeds up depending on how fast you move relative to something else. Approaching the speed of light, a person inside a spaceship would age much slower than his twin at home. Also, under Einstein’s theory of general relativity, gravity can bend time

Space

Time travel to the past is theoretically possible in certain general relativity spacetime geometries that permit traveling faster than the speed of light, such as cosmic strings, traversable wormholes, and Alcubierre drives

Wikipedia

There are many solutions to Einstein’s equations of General Relativity that allow a person to follow a timeline that would result in her (or him) encountering herself – or her grandmother – at an earlier time

Obstacles for Time Travel

Our body

Our body is governed by many laws eg: Law of gravity, Law of buoyancy, Law of mass, Law of time ..etc.

We are in a time continuum.

Bible provides a solution for Time Travel

We can see many miracles in the bible which break the Law of buoyancy, Law of mass, Law of time, Law of space, Law of death ..etc.

Breaking the law of buoyancy

“Come,” he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus.

Matthew 14:29

Breaking the law of mass

On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”

John 20:19

Breaking the law of time

So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar. The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.

Joshua 10:13

Breaking the law of space

39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing. 40 Philip, however, appeared at Azotus and traveled about, preaching the gospel in all the towns until he reached Caesarea.

Acts 8:39–40

Breaking the law of death

3 As Paul gathered an armful of sticks and was laying them on the fire, a poisonous snake, driven out by the heat, bit him on the hand. 4 The people of the island saw it hanging from his hand and said to each other, “A murderer, no doubt! Though he escaped the sea, justice will not permit him to live.” 5 But Paul shook off the snake into the fire and was unharmed.

Acts 28:3–5

9 Seated in a window was a young man named Eutychus, who was sinking into a deep sleep as Paul talked on and on. When he was sound asleep, he fell to the ground from the third story and was picked up dead. 10 Paul went down, threw himself on the young mans and put his arms around him. “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “He’s alive!”

Acts 20:9–10

How to overcome the obstacle which prevents Time travel?

We just saw that the obstacle for time travel is our body.

Jesus paid the price for our body transformation

Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.

Romans 6:8

We are seated with Christ

20 he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church (Believers in Christ), 23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.

Ephesians 1:20–23

Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.

1 John 4:17

Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

Matthew 6:10

49 Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, yet they died (Physically). 50 But here is the bread that comes down from heaven(Jesus), which anyone may eat and not die (Physically).

John 6:49

“Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

Matthew 18:18

How our body can be transformed?

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at [the sound of] the last trumpet call. For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [who believed in Christ] will be raised imperishable, and we will be [completely] changed [wondrously transformed]

1 Corinthians 15:52

What is the trumpet?

  • Speaking in tongues is the trumpet. (1 Corinthians 14:6-8 verse below)
  • Today’s harp is speaking in tongues which can drive away evil spirits, same as it happened in the life of Saul when David played the harp.
  • When the trumpet was blown the unbreakable Jericho wall fell

6 Now, brothers and sisters, if I come to you and speak in tongues, what good will I be to you, unless I bring you some revelation or knowledge or prophecy or word of instruction? 7 Even in the case of lifeless things that make sounds, such as the pipe or harp, how will anyone know what tune is being played unless there is a distinction in the notes? 8 Again, if the trumpet does not sound a clear call, who will get ready for battle?

1 Corinthians 14:6-8

Freedom from the Law of Time, Space, Matter, Buoyancy ..etc by speaking in tongues

17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate a the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:17–18

From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled; with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied.

Proverbs 18:20

The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

Proverbs 18:21

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind

2 Timothy 1:7

From the fruit of their lips people enjoy good things

Proverbs 13:2

Taming the tongue by speaking in tongues

No human being can tame the tongue but Holy Spirit can tame the tongue by us speaking in tongues.

Here horses and ships are taken as examples of the human body. Turn the horse with bits and turning the ship with a rudder. Bits and rudder are equated to our tongue.

You can turn you body back in time or forward in time or pause the time same like you turn the horse using bits and ships using a small rudder.

The decision is in our hands whether to endure life or reign in life. Wherever the pilot wants to go shows that we have the option to reign in life or endure life by “strong winds

2 We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check. 3 When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. 4 Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. 5 Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. 6 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. 7 All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and sea creatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind, 8 but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.

James 3:2–8

Reign in life or Endure life

For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

Romans 5:17

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit,

Romans 14:17

You can see the manifestation of the Holy Spirit by speaking in tongues. From your belly shall flows rivers of living water.

Redemption from Time

Under the heavens, there is a time

1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: 2 a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, 3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, 4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, 5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, 6 a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, 7 a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, 8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

Above the heavens, there is no time

We are seated,

far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

Glorified body on earth

1 Corinthians 2

However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glorywhich none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

But as it is written:

Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. 16 For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

About 1 John 1

  • 1 John 1 was written to Gnostic Jews
    • Who don’t believe that Jesus came in Flesh
    • ( Believers, As an act of believing, they take part in Holy Communion showing that Jesus came in flesh )
  • 1 John 2 starts with my Little Children – That is the place John is addressing the Believers.
  • Even from the divine order of the bible we can clearly come to a conclusion that Peter, James and John’s letters should be read with extra understanding as it is talking to the Believers among the Jews
    • Divine order is that the Letter’s of Peter, James and John comes after the Letter’s of Paul and also it comes towards the end of the bible.
    • End of the bible spiritually implies, towards the end of the world, towards end days
    • From the order, Paul’s letters represents the time period of the Church. After the rapture of the Church, the Jews play a major role because they will go through the days of tribulation. That’s why the Letters of Peter, James and John are towards the end of the bible.
      • Start of the bible : Genesis : Beginning of the world
      • Middle of the Bible : Matthew, Mark, Luke, John : Birth of Jesus Christ : History gets divided

Walking in the Light

1 John 1:5-7
World English Bible (WEB)

This is the message which we have heard from him and announce to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and don’t tell the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

  • People used to think walking in light means doing bad deeds –> That is not this verse is saying
    • We are completely against doing bad deeds, but this verse is not saying about bad deeds
    • Consider, “walking in light” means doing good deeds(no sins), then why do you need blood to cleanse your sins ( when you don’t have any sins, because you are doing only good deeds 😉 )
  • Cleanses : Active Tense
    • Continuous cleansing
    • https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frances_Ridley_Havergal unveiled this truth during her life time which empowered her
      • Without knowing this truth , despite she know all new Testament verses it brought her in to a bondage, of trying to work towards Gods favour and mercy, when she already had it in the first place and it doesn’t depends on your deeds. Its a Gift, not a reward. And His blood continuously cleanses.

John 8:9-12

They, when they heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning from the oldest, even to the last. Jesus was left alone with the woman where she was, in the middle. 10 Jesus, standing up, saw her and said, “Woman, where are your accusers? Did no one condemn you?”

11 She said, “No one, Lord.”

Jesus said, Neither do I condemn you. Go your way. From now on, sin no more.”

12 Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying, I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”
