Blessing for the children of Zion

Blessing for the children of Zion

Joel 2:23-27
New King James Version (NKJV)

23 Be glad then, you children of Zion,
And rejoice in the Lord your God;
For He has given you the former rain faithfully,[a]
And He will cause the rain to come down for you—
The former rain,
And the latter rain in the first month.
24 The threshing floors shall be full of wheat,
And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.

25 “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten,
The crawling locust,
The consuming locust,
And the chewing locust,[b]
My great army which I sent among you.
26 You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied,
And praise the name of the Lord your God,
Who has dealt wondrously with you;
And My people shall never be put to shame.
27 Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel:
I am the Lord your God
And there is no other.
My people shall never be put to shame.

How you come out of tribulation?

How you come out of tribulation?

About Tribulation

  • Pray: Lead us not in to trial
  • Trial / Tribulations is to remove self righteousness

Coming out of Tribulation

Psalm 66:12

King James Version (KJV)

12 Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.
New American Standard Bible (NASB)

12 You made men ride over our heads;
We went through fire and through water,
Yet You brought us out into a place of abundance.

Abundance in Hebrew

Only other time Revayah is used

Psalm 23:5
New King James Version (NKJV)

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.

  • During the time of Holy Communion
  • Take Holy Communion in front of your enemy

Peter was Self Confident (Example)

Luke 22:31-34
New King James Version (NKJV)

31 And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.”

33 But he said to Him, “Lord, I am ready to go with You, both to prison and to death.

34 Then He said, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster shall not crow this day before you will deny three times that you know Me.”

  • Jesus prayed for Peter that faith should not fail ( NOT Peter should not fail ) : some time God might allow you through testings.
  • Jesus prophesied that Peter will return : “when you have returned”

Before devil attacks he has to think twice

  • Because if you respond in faith
  • He has to give up and you have the spoils of war
  • You will have much more ( Healing, Health , provision )
  • You will have abundance
  • You will have wealthy place

Tribulation to Hope

Romans 5:3-5
New King James Version (NKJV)

And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

43 But his servant said, “What? Shall I set this before one hundred men?”

He said again, “Give it to the people, that they may eat; for thus says the Lord: ‘They shall eat and have some left over.’” 44 So he set it before them; and they ate and had some left over, according to the word of the Lord.

Feeding the Five Thousand

Matthew 14:13-21

New King James Version (NKJV)

13 When Jesus heard it, He departed from there by boat to a deserted place by Himself. But when the multitudes heard it, they followed Him on foot from the cities. 14 And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick. 15 When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages and buy themselves food.”

16 But Jesus said to them, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.”

17 And they said to Him, “We have here only five loaves and two fish.”

18 He said, “Bring them here to Me.” 19 Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. 20 So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained.21 Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children.
