21 ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਮਨੱਸ਼ਹ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਿਆ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ।
