9 କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବନ୍ଦୀ ଲୋକ ଅଟୁ। ତଥାପି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବନ୍ଦୀ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ନାହାନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ୱାସ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ତହିଁର ଭଗ୍ନସ୍ଥାନ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ, ପୁଣି ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ପାରସ୍ୟ ରାଜାଗଣ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
