15 ବାହାରେ ଖଡ଼୍ଗ, ଭିତରେ ମହାମାରୀ ଓ ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ଅଛି; ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅଛି, ସେ ଖଡ଼୍ଗରେ ମରିବ ଓ ଯେ ନଗର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଛି, ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ଓ ମହାମାରୀ ତାକୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବ।
