15 ତହୁଁ ସେ କହିଲେ, “ହେ ସମଗ୍ର ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ନିବାସୀଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ, ଆଉ ହେ ମହାରାଜ ଯିହୋଶାଫଟ୍‍, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶୁଣ; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଏହି ମହାଜନତା ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଭୟ ନ କର, କି ନିରାଶ ନ ହୁଅ; କାରଣ ଏହି ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ନୁହେଁ, ମାତ୍ର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର।
