Isaiah 8:12 in Maale

12 «ዔያታ ‹ሃይ ዋይዚ ዒፃኒ ማሎናያኬ› ጋዓ ጎይፆ ዒንሢያ ያዺ ጌዒፖቴ፤ ዒንሢ ዔያታ ዒጊጫ ባኮዋ ዒጊጪፖቴ፤ ዲቃቲፖቴ።

Other Translations

Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.

Say ye not, A conspiracy, concerning all whereof this people shall say, A conspiracy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be in dread `thereof'.

Do not say, It is holy, about everything of which this people says, It is holy; and do not be in fear of what they go in fear of.

Ye shall not say, Conspiracy, of everything of which this people saith, Conspiracy; and fear ye not their fear, and be not in dread.

Don't you say, "A conspiracy!" concerning all about which this people shall say, "A conspiracy!" neither fear their fear, nor be in dread [of it].

`Ye do not say, A confederacy, To all to whom this people saith, A confederacy, And its fear ye do not fear, Nor declare fearful.

5 ዒማና ሶኦሪያ ካኣቲ፥ ሬፂኔና ዒስራዔኤሌ ካኣቲ፥ ፓቁሄና ዬሩሳላሜ ዖላኒ ማንጌኔ፤ ጋዓንቴ ዔያታ ዓካኣዜ ባሻኒ ዳንዳዒባኣሴ።

5 ፆኦሲ ፔ ዴሮ ሞርኮ ሜንሤሢሮ ዎኖ ዎዳፓኣ ባሼ ዒጊቹሞ ዔያታ ዓርቄኔ፤ ዒዚ ዔያቶ ዒፄሢሮ ጋፒ ዔያታ ቦርሲንታንዳኔ።

2 ሶሪያ ዓጫ ዒስራዔኤሌ ካኣቶና፥ ዎላ ፔቴ ማዒ ዖላኒ ጫኣቄሢ ዪሁዳ ካኣቲ ዋይዜ ዎዶና ዒዛንታ ዒዛኮ ዴሮንታ ዲቃቲ ዢባሬና ሂዒንታ ሚሢጉዲ ዓጊፄኔ።

1 ናንጊና ናንጋ ጎዳ፦ «ዋይዞ ዒፄያ ማዔ ናኣቶም ባዴዔ! ታኣኒ ዔያቶም ጌዒባኣ ማሊሢና ዓኣዻኒ ዔያታ ኮዓኔ፤ ታ ማሊፆይዳፓ ዙላ ማዔ ጫኣቁሞ ጫኣቃኔ፥ ጎሜይዳኣ ዔያታ ጎሜ ቃሳኔ።

12 «ዒንሢ፥ ታ ዴሮ ዶዲሻሢ ታኣኒ ታኣሮኬ፤ ዓካሪ ማኣቲጉዲ ሹላያና ሃሃይቃ ዓሲ ዒንሢ ዒጊጫሢ ዓይጎሮዳይ?

9 ሚርጌ ዛይቶ ቲዦና ሳውቃ ባኮ ዒንሢ ቲሽቲ ሞሎኬ ጌይንታ ፆኦዛሢ ባንሢ ዓኣዻኔ፤ ዒንሢ ካኣሽካ ሜሌ ፆኦዞ ኮዓኒ ዒንሢኮ ኪኢቶ ዓሶ ሃኬ ቤሲ፥ ሃይቄ ዓሶ ዓጮዋ ዓይሱዋዖ ዒንሢ ዳኬኔ።

2 ዔያታ ሙኩዋንቴ ቤርታ ዔርቲባኣንቴ ሳዓ ዓጊፃዛ፥ ጎዳኮ ኪኢታንቻ ጫሪንጫፓ ኬዲ፥ ዱኡፖ ዔቶ ካሮ ዎዾና ሹጫሢ ቡምባልሲ ዑፃ ዴዔኔ።

4 ሃሣ ዒንሢ፥ ታ ዒጊኖንሢም፦ «ዓሽኮ ዎዺሢዳፓ ዓታዛ ሜሌ ዓይጎ ባኣዚያ ማዻኒ ዳንዳዑዋዞንሢ ዒጊጪፖቴ፤

9 ዖልዚና ዴሬኮ ዋይዚ ዒፂሢና ዛላ ዒንሢ ዋይዜ ዎዶና ዲቃቲፖቴ፤ ቤርታዺ ዬይ ቢያ ያዺ ማዓንዳያ ኮይሳኔ፤ ማዔቶዋ ጋፒንፃ ዑኬ ማዓዓኬ» ጌዒ ዔያቶም ማሄኔ።

14 ኮሺ ማዾ ማዻያታዖ ዒንሢ ሜቶ ዔኬቶ ፆኦሲዳፓ ዓንጆ ዒንሢ ዴንቃንዳኔ፤ ዓሶኮ ዚርቂፆሮ ዒጊጪ ሜታዺፖቴ።
