9 他们是在假托我的名演说预言，我并没有差遣过他们。’这是主说的。

15 主是这样说的∶‘我根本就没有派遣过他们，他们是在假托我的名演说预言，因此，我放逐了你们，你们和向你们演说预言的先知都必走向毁灭。’”

23 我知道他们在以色列做的丑事，他们与邻居的妻子通奸，假借我的名说我没有吩咐他们说的假默示。我将会指证这件事。’这是主说的。

31 “你派人送信给所有那些被掳走的人，告诉他们∶“主是这样说到尼希兰人示玛雅的：由于示玛雅未经我的差遣就向你们演说预言，致使你们听信谎言，为此，主说：我将惩罚尼希兰人示玛雅和他的后代，他不会有子孙留在这民众当中，也看不到我将要赐给我的子民的恩惠，因为他冒犯了主，说了叛逆的话。’”主这样宣布了。
