14 എങ്ങനെയെന്നാൽ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; “ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിനെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടതിന് ഇരിമ്പുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഒരു നുകം ഞാൻ ഈ സകലജനതകളുടെയും കഴുത്തിൽ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവർ അവനെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടിവരും; വയലിലെ മൃഗങ്ങളെയും ഞാൻ അവന് കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു”.
