19 వాళ్ళు దరిద్రులపై దాడులు చేసి విడిచిపెట్టినవాళ్ళు. తమవి కాని ఇళ్ళను బలవంతంగా ఆక్రమించుకుంటారు. ఆ ఇళ్ళను కట్టి పూర్తి చేయరు.
