8 అప్పుడు హామాను అహష్వేరోషుతో ఇలా చెప్పాడు. “మీ రాజ్య సంస్థానాలన్నింటిలో ఒక జాతి ప్రజలు అక్కడక్కడా నివసిస్తున్నారు. వారి చట్టాలు ఇతర ప్రజల చట్టాలకు వ్యతిరేకం. వారు రాజాజ్ఞలు పాటించరు. కాబట్టి వారిని ఉండనివ్వడం రాజుకు శ్రేయస్కరం కాదు.
