16 ‘నేను నా ప్రజలైన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను ఐగుప్తులో నుండి రప్పించినప్పటి నుండి నా నామం నిలిచి ఉండేలా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గోత్రాలకు చెందిన ఏ పట్టణంలో నైనా మందిరం కట్టించాలని నేను కోరలేదు. కానీ నా ప్రజలైన ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల మీద రాజ్యపాలన చేయడానికి దావీదును ఎన్నుకున్నాను’ అని ఆయన ప్రకటించాడు.
