அப்பொழுது அந்த ஐந்து மனுஷரும் புறப்பட்டு, லாயீசுக்குப் போய், அதில் குடியிருக்கிற ஜனங்கள் சீதோனியருடைய வழக்கத்தின்படியே, பயமில்லாமல் அமரிக்கையும் சுகமுமாய் இருக்கிறதையும், தேசத்திலே அவர்களை அடக்கி ஆள யாதொரு அதிகாரியும் இல்லை என்பதையும், அவர்கள் சீதோனியருக்குத் தூரமானவர்கள் என்பதையும், அவர்களுக்கு ஒருவரோடும் கவை காரியம் இல்லை என்பதையும் கண்டு,
