அக்கினி எழும்பி, முள்ளுக்களில் பற்றி, தானியப்போரையாவது, விளைந்த பயிரையாவது, வயலிலுள்ள வேறே எதையாவது எரித்துப்போட்டதேயானால், அக்கினியைக் கொளுத்தினவன் அக்கினிச் சேதத்திற்கு உத்தரவாதம் பண்ணவேண்டும்.
