Deuteronomy 24:4

அவள் தீட்டுப்பட்டபடியினால், அவளைத் தள்ளிவிட்ட அவளுடைய முந்தினபுருஷன் திரும்பவும் அவளை மனைவியாகச் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளக் கூடாது; அது கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாக அருவருப்பானது, உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்குச் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுக்கும் தேசத்தின்மேல் பாவம் வரப்பண்ணாயாக.
