8 ਆਸਾ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੀ ਤਿੰਨ ਲੱਖ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਢਾਲ਼ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਛੀ ਚੁੱਕਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਯਾਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਲੱਖ ਅੱਸੀ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਢਾਲ਼ ਚੁੱਕਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਰ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੂਰਬੀਰ ਜੋਧੇ ਸਨ ।
