28 ତାହାର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ, ମାଦୀୟ ରାଜାଗଣଙ୍କୁ, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଦେଶାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଓ ତହିଁର ଅଧିପତିଗଣକୁ ଓ ତାହାର କର୍ତ୍ତୃତ୍ୱାଧୀନ ସମୁଦାୟ ଦେଶକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କର।
