38 ମୋୟାବର ସମସ୍ତ ଗୃହ ଛାତ ଉପରେ ଓ ତହିଁର ସମସ୍ତ ପଥରେ ସର୍ବତ୍ର ବିଳାପ ହେଉଅଛି; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, “ଆମ୍ଭେ ମୋୟାବକୁ ଅପ୍ରୀତିକର ପାତ୍ର ପରି ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇଅଛୁ।
