5 ଯିରିମୀୟ ଫେରି ନ ଯାଉଣୁ ସେ ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, “ତେବେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶାଫନ୍‍ର ପୌତ୍ର ଅହୀକାମ୍‍‍ର ପୁତ୍ର ଗଦଲୀୟ ନିକଟକୁ ଫେରି ଯାଅ, ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ତାହାକୁ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସମୂହର ଉପରେ ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ପଦରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛି, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାହା ସଙ୍ଗେ ବାସ କର; ଅବା ଯେକୌଣସି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ଦିଶେ, ସେ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯାଅ।” ତହିଁରେ ପ୍ରହରୀବର୍ଗର ସେନାପତି ତାଙ୍କୁ ପାଥେୟ ଓ ପାରିତୋଷିକ ଦେଇ ବିଦାୟ କଲା।
