16 ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନାନା ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଅ; ଦେଖ, ଯିରୂଶାଲମ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଘୋଷଣା କର, ଦୂର ଦେଶରୁ ଅବରୋଧକାରୀମାନେ ଆସୁଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସେମାନେ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସମୂହର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ହୁଙ୍କାର କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି।
