9 ଏପରି ମୁକ୍ତି ଘୋଷଣାର ନିୟମ ସିଦିକୀୟ ରାଜା ଯିରୂଶାଲମସ୍ଥ ସବୁ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସ୍ଥିର କଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଯିରିମୀୟଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଯେଉଁ ବାକ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା, ତହିଁର ବୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତ।
