31 ହେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ କାଳର ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଆଲୋଚନା କର, ଆମ୍ଭେ କି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ସ୍ୱରୂପ, ଅବା ନିବିଡ଼ ଅନ୍ଧକାରମୟ ଦେଶ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହୋଇଅଛୁ ? ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନେ କାହିଁକି କହୁଅଛନ୍ତି, “ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବନ୍ଧନଛିଣ୍ଡା ହୋଇଅଛୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବୁ ନାହିଁ ?
