15 “ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ‘ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ନଗର ଓ ତହିଁର ସକଳ ଉପନଗର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ଅମଙ୍ଗଳର କଥା କହିଅଛୁ, ସେସବୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଘଟାଇବା; କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ବାକ୍ୟରେ ଅବଧାନ ନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ଗ୍ରୀବା ଶକ୍ତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।'”
