18 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରାଜାକୁ ଓ ରାଜମାତାକୁ କୁହ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ନମ୍ର କରି ବସ; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମସ୍ତକାଭରଣ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଗୌରବ ମୁକୁଟ ତଳେ ପଡ଼ିଅଛି।
