13 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି ବିଶ୍ରାମବାର ଲଙ୍ଘନରୁ, ଆମ୍ଭ ପବିତ୍ର ଦିନରେ ନିଜ ଅଭିଳାଷ ଚେଷ୍ଟାରୁ ଆପଣା ପାଦ ଫେରାଅ; ପୁଣି, ବିଶ୍ରାମବାରକୁ ସୁଖଦାୟକ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ଦିନକୁ ଆଦରଣୀୟ ବୋଲି କୁହ; ଆଉ, ନିଜ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନ କରି ଅବା ନିଜ ଅଭିଳାଷର ଚେଷ୍ଟା ନ କରି ଅଥବା ନିଜ କଥା ନ କହି ତାହାକୁ ଆଦର କରିବ:
