15 କାରଣ କଲ୍ଳୋଳସକଳ ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯେ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟୁ; ତାହାଙ୍କର ନାମ ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ।
