13 ହେ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ, ଗାନ କର; ହେ ପୃଥିବୀ, ଉଲ୍ଲସିତ ହୁଅ; ହେ ପର୍ବତମାଳ, ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ୱରେ ଗାନ କର; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଆପଣାର କ୍ଳିଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କରୁଣା କରିବେ।
