12 ଆମ୍ଭେ ପୃଥିବୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛୁ ଓ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଅଛୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ, ଆମ୍ଭର ହସ୍ତ ହିଁ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ବିସ୍ତୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିଅଛି ଓ ତହିଁର ସକଳ ବିଷୟକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଇଅଛୁ।
