19 ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନାନା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କଲୁ ଓ ସେମାନେ ନାନା ଦେଶରେ ବିକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ହେଲେ; ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଆଚରଣ ଅନୁସାରେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କ୍ରିୟାନୁସାରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବିଚାର କଲୁ।
