48 ଏହିରୂପେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦେଶରୁ ଲମ୍ପଟାଚରଣ ନିବୃତ୍ତ କରାଇବା, ତହିଁରେ ସମୁଦାୟ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଲମ୍ପଟପଣ ଅନୁସାରେ ଆଚରଣ ନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପାଇବେ।
