2 ଋଣକ୍ଷମାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଏହି ଯେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମହାଜନ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବାସୀକୁୁ ଯେଉଁ ଋଣ ଦେଇଥାଏ, ତାହା ସେ କ୍ଷମା କରିବ; ସେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବାସୀ ଓ ଆପଣା ଭାଇଠାରୁ ଋଣ ଆଦାୟ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଋଣକ୍ଷମାର ଘୋଷଣା ହୋଇଅଛି।
