23 ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିନତିର ଆରମ୍ଭ ସମୟରେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ନିର୍ଗତ ହେଲା, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଜଣାଇବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ଆସିଅଛି, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରିୟପାତ୍ର; ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଏ ବିଷୟ ବିବେଚନା କର ଓ ଦର୍ଶନ ବୁଝ।
