9 ହେ ମନ୍ତ୍ରବେତ୍ତାଗଣର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ବେଲ୍ଟଶତ୍ସର, ମୁଁ ଜାଣେ, ପବିତ୍ର ଦେବଗଣର ଆତ୍ମା ତୁମ୍ଭ ଅନ୍ତରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ କୌଣସି ନିଗୂଢ଼ ବାକ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି କଷ୍ଟକର ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ସ୍ୱପ୍ନରେ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଅଛି, ତାହା ଓ ତହିଁର ଅର୍ଥ ମୋତେ ଜଣାଅ।
