13 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, “ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅମ୍ମୋନ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ତିନି, ହଁ, ଚାରି ଅପରାଧ ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଦଣ୍ଡ ନିବାରଣ କରିବା ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ସୀମା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗିଲୀୟଦର ଗର୍ଭିଣୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କର ଉଦର ଚିରି ପକାଇଅଛନ୍ତି।
