39 ସେଥିରେ ପାଉଲ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତ ଜଣେ ଯିହୂଦୀ, ତାର୍ଷ ନଗରର ଲୋକ, କିଲିକିଆର ଏକ ଅସାମାନ୍ୟ ନଗରର ନାଗରିକ; ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କଥା କହିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ଅନୁମତି ଦେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୁଁ ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ନିବେଦନ କରୁଅଛି।
