17 ഞാൻ അവിടുത്തെ കാണും, ഇപ്പോൾ അല്ലതാനും; ഞാൻ അവിടുത്തെ ദർശിക്കും, അടുത്തല്ലതാനും. യാക്കോബിൽനിന്ന് ഒരു നക്ഷത്രം ഉദിക്കും; യിസ്രായേലിൽനിന്ന് ഒരു ചെങ്കോൽ ഉയരും. അത് മോവാബിന്റെ പാർശ്വങ്ങളെയെല്ലാം തകർക്കുകയും തുമുലപുത്രന്മാരെ ഒക്കെയും സംഹരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
