28 ഇതുനിമിത്തം ഭൂമി വിലപിക്കും; മീതെ ആകാശം കറുത്തുപോകും; ഞാൻ നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ അനുതപിക്കുകയില്ല, പിൻമാറുകയുമില്ല.
