19 ഞാൻ അധരങ്ങളുടെ ഫലം സൃഷ്ടിക്കും; ദൂരസ്ഥനും സമീപസ്ഥനും സമാധാനം, സമാധാനം” എന്നും “ഞാൻ അവരെ സൗഖ്യമാക്കും” എന്നും യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.
