24 അവൻ സമാധാനകാലത്തു തന്നെ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സമ്പന്നമായ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ വന്ന്, തന്റെ പിതാക്കന്മാരോ പിതാമഹന്മാരോ ഒരുനാളും ചെയ്യാത്തത് ചെയ്യും; അവൻ കവർച്ചയും കൊള്ളയും സമ്പത്തും അവർക്ക് വാരി വിതറിക്കൊടുക്കും; അവൻ കോട്ടകളുടെ നേരെ ഉപായം പ്രയോഗിക്കും; എന്നാൽ ഇത് അല്പകാലത്തേക്കു മാത്രമായിരിക്കും.
