14 做为主耶稣里的一员，我知道并深信，任何食物都是干净的。除非有人认为它不干净，这食物对他说来便是不干净的。

9 但是，现在你们认识了上帝，（或者说你们已经被上帝所知。）你们怎么又回头去追随那些软弱无用的规则呢？你们要重做它们的奴隶吗？

16 所以，没有人有权在你们的吃喝、节日、新月仪式和安息日等事上指责你们。

19 这是我们知道我们属于真理的途径。
