3 主熬炼你们，让你们挨饿，然后给你们吗哪吃，那是你们和你们的祖先都从未见过的东西。他这样做是要让你们懂得，人的生存不仅仅靠食物，而且要靠主所说的每一句话。

12 从那天起，玛哪停止降下，以色列人不再吃玛哪了。那一年，他们吃的是迦南地出产的粮食。
