1 浓酒使人狂妄，淡酒使人吵闹；酗酒是不智的表现。

27 妓女是深坑，淫妇是窄井，

7 勒索能使智者变成傻瓜，贿赂能腐化人心。

12 他们饮宴无度，以竖琴、铃鼓和笛箫佐酒，却不顾念主的作为，把主亲手创造的伟绩扔到了脑后。

7 然而，这里的人也都醉得东倒西歪，走路摇摇晃晃∶ 祭司们和先知们喝得脚步歪斜，糊里糊涂，辨不清东西南北；先知们错解默示，法官们谬行审判，

12 他们求问木头偶像，以木棍决定行止，淫心使他们步入歧途，背弃了他们的上帝。

34 “要当心，不要让狂饮作乐和现世的烦恼麻痹了你们的内心。那一天会象一个圈套忽然落在你们身上，

11 你们知道我们处在一个重要的时代，所以我说了这番话。现在是应该从沉睡中醒来的时候了，因为现在我们比最初相信时更接近我们最后的拯救了。
