10 埃及监工和以色列人的领班出来告诉以色列人∶“国王有令∶‘不再供给你们草料，

13 监工逼迫他们，说∶“你们每天都要交齐当天的数额，就象以前供给草料时一样。”

19 领班们知道他们得硬着头皮对以色列人说∶“你们不得减少每天的产量。”

16 主对摩西说∶“你为我从以色列的长老中召集七十人，他们是你所了解的民众的长者和首领，你领他们到会幕来，和你一同站在那里。

15 “于是，我把各支派推选出的这些精明干练的人集合起来，委派他们做各个支派的千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长、十夫长和其他长官来管理你们。

18 “你们要在主－你们的上帝要赐给你们的城镇里为各支派任命法官和其他官员，这些人必须秉公执法。
