எல்லார்மேலும் இரக்கமாயிருக்கத்தக்கதாக, தேவன் எல்லாரையும் கீழ்ப்படியாமைக்குள்ளே அடைத்துப்போட்டார்.

For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
