விதவையானாலும் தள்ளப்பட்டவளையானாலும் கற்பு குலைந்தவளையானாலும் வேசியையானாலும் விவாகம்பண்ணாமல், தன் ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே ஒரு கன்னிகையை விவாகம்பண்ணக்கடவன்.
